Step One: Review Current Bookings

Look for the date and room you would like to book in the Google Calendar below. When you find an available spot, use the booking form below to confirm availability and submit your request.

Step Two: Request Your Booking

Use the form below to request your booking. When confirmed, you will receive emails and your booking will show in the Google Calendar above.


General Room Responsibilities

  • Rooms should be left clean and in good order. New renters will be shown the room and facilities and given a copy of the layout and terms of Rental.
  • Whenever possible opening/closing of partitions will be the responsibility of the Society. Tenants are not to move partitions unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Normally Tenant Agencies are responsible for set up of chairs and tables and clean up. However, set up can be arranged for a fee ($25.00 minimum). Tenant agencies are responsible for clean-up and are expected to leave the meeting space in clean, useable condition. Tenants will be charged a minimum of $25.00 for clean up if rooms are not left in good order. If there is any damage, the cost of repair will also be charged in full.
  • Rooms will be inspected after each meeting to determine if tenants should be charged for damage or clean up.
