Privacy Policy Introduction

Richmond Caring Place Society considers your personal privacy to be an important part of our service to you. We understand the need to safeguard personal information about you that you have entrusted to us and have maintained standards and procedures in accordance with industry practice designed to protect such personal information.

As of January 1, 2004, RCPS’s business will become subject to federal and/or provincial laws with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in the course of providing services to you. As part of our commitment to you, we have adopted principles designed to protect privacy and prevent misuse of your personal information and help you understand our commitment to your personal privacy.
